7-Day Unopened & Sealed Return Policy:
You may return unopened and sealed products within seven (7) days of the date you received your order for a full refund of the product price.
Conditions for Return:
- Unopened: The product must be in its original, unopened condition.
- Sealed: All original seals and packaging must be intact and unbroken.
- Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide your original order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Your order number
- The name of the product(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return (though for unopened items, this is primarily for our records)
- Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send your return.
- Packaging Your Return: Carefully package the unopened and sealed product(s) to prevent damage during shipping. Please include a copy of your original order confirmation or receipt and clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package.
- Shipping Your Return: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Refund Process:
